OPI & Katy Perry - Not Like The Movies

Launching in January 2011, this glittery quartet of Katy inspired shades are showbiz glamour to the core. I've been playing about with 'Not Like The Movies' a shimmering metallic silver packed full of glitz.

This polish is one of the better sparkle based lacquers I've applied. Taking around 3 coats to achieve a solid colour, the finish is reasonably smooth and a definite pro at catching the light. The one trait that must be mentioned though is it's ability to change colour in a flash - and I mean a flash. Throughout the day my nails appeared silver, lilac, green (as the above bottle shows) and grey - ideal for all you Katy like cosmetic chameleons. I love the playful qualities of this shade and the silver tones make it the perfect option for a slightly more grown up glitter.
